Yes we use stripe for payments. As you can see above you can pay a much smaller starting deposit that most other WordPress web designers in New Zealand. (Its only between $100 + GST and $300 + GST to get started).
We will send you a very simple agreement together with our onboarding document which explains it all. You will have a login to your own “Timeline to going live”. You will clearly see what you need to do and the same for us and the percentage completed. This way you will know at any point whats happening. This is a tool we developed in-house to be able to help with the communication between us and the customer.
Our “Timeline to go live” tool is the best way to feel comfortable until it is ready to see, prior to going live. We are also usually available on phone or email. Athough we are based in Auckland we are able to design Wordpress websites anywhere in New Zealand.
We guarantee that we will not ask for any money after you have paid fully for the website until the next years domain and hosting is due. The first year the hosting is on us!!! The following year, it will be charged out at around $15 per month but invoiced all at one time together with the domain and ssl renewal fee.
We wont charge for you for changes on the website in the first year unless you want a complete design change. You will just need to to email us with any changes to the text, images and we will endeavour to make those changes within 48 hours.
Yes, WordPress allows for anyone to be able to make changes. If you do make a mistake you can ask us to restore the website back a day because we backup daily.
Our standard price for eCommerce shopping cart website is $1290 + GST, however, if its only a handful of products we can probably do it for the $990 (Small Business Website) package.
